Kurnool Bids Farewell to Ganesha

Kurnool: Kurnool metropolis bade a standard and devotional farewell to Lord Ganesha on Sunday following the Vinayaka Navaratri festivities. Many idols from town and surrounding areas have been transported to Ganesh Ghat inside the metropolis limits for immersion. Civic and police officers made elaborate preparations to make sure the sleek execution of the occasion.

In the course of the Ganesh immersion celebrations, The commissioner of Kurnool Municipal Company P.V. Ramalingeswar enlivened the procession of KMC’s idols by dancing, energising everybody current. His employees and native youth cheered and whistled as he danced to a number of songs. The immersion of the Ganesh Pandals concluded peacefully in Kurnool metropolis, with over 2,000 idols immersed within the KC canal.

Within the morning, Minister T.G. Bharat visited the Ganesh idol at Rambhotla Temple and carried out a particular pooja for the immersion. He highlighted that numerous measures have been taken to make sure the programme’s clean execution. Later, Nandyala MP Dr. Byreddy Shabari secured the laddu for Rs 2.32 lakhs within the Ganesh laddu public sale on the temple.
