Tripura Excessive Courtroom Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh was transferred and appointed as Chief Justice of the Telangana Excessive Courtroom on Monday. From the Telangana Excessive Courtroom, Appearing Chief Justice Sujoy Paul was transferred as a decide of the Calcutta Excessive Courtroom and Justice T Vinod Kumar to the Madras Excessive Courtroom.

Born on July 7, 1965, Justice Singh holds a BA Honours diploma and an LLB diploma from the College of Delhi. He enrolled as an advocate in 1990 and practised on the Patna Excessive Courtroom from 1990 to 2000. After the Jharkhand Excessive Courtroom was established, he practised there from 2001 till his elevation as a decide.

He was appointed as an extra decide of the Jharkhand Excessive Courtroom on January 24, 2012, and confirmed as everlasting decide on January 16, 2014. He additionally held the put up of the manager chairman of the Jharkhand State Authorized Providers Authority from April 2021.
