United Nations: Iran has stated that the US ‘determined to destroy diplomacy’ with its strikes on the nation’s nuclear programme and that the Iranian army will determine the “timing, nature and scale of Iran’s proportionate response”.
Iran’s UN Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani on Sunday advised an emergency assembly of the UN Safety Council that it known as after US strikes on three of its nuclear services that “Iran had repeatedly warned the warmongering US regime to chorus from stumbling into this quagmire”.
The US ‘determined to destroy diplomacy’ with its strikes on Iran’s nuclear websites and the Iranian army will determine the “timing, nature and scale of Iran’s proportionate response”, he stated.
“We are going to take all measures vital,” the envoy advised the assembly.
Iravani accused Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of succeeding in getting US President Donald Trump to do the West’s ‘soiled work’ and hijack US overseas coverage, ‘dragging the USA into yet one more expensive and baseless struggle.’
He known as US and Israeli aggression in opposition to Iran ‘a transparent and flagrant breach of worldwide regulation’.
Iravani stated that as Iran’s overseas minister held talks this week with a number of European counterparts, ‘the USA determined to destroy that diplomacy.’
“What conclusion could be drawn from this case?,” he requested. “From the angle of Western international locations, Iran should ‘return to the negotiating desk’. However, as Iran’s overseas minister talked about, ‘how can Iran return to one thing it by no means left — not to mention’.”
