Senior Congress chief Sonia Gandhi was on Saturday taken to Indira Gandhi Medical School Hospital in Shimla after she complained of hypertension, a celebration official mentioned. Gandhi (78), who was on a private journey to Shimla alongside together with her daughter Priyanka Gandhi, underwent some checks on the hospital and later left, the media advisor to Himachal Pradesh CM Naresh Chauhan advised PTI.
“Gandhi was taken to the hospital after she complained of hypertension. It was a routine checkup and she or he goes again house now,” he mentioned.
Some checks had been performed on the hospital by the docs, in keeping with the officers.
The previous Congress president had arrived on a private journey to Shimla alongside together with her daughter Priyanka Gandhi on Monday. They’re staying in Priyanka’s home at Chharabra, situated on the outskirts of Shimla.
