Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Capital Area Growth Authority (APCRDA) will take steps to register business and residential plots within the names of farmers inside every week after allotting returnable plots to them, in change for the lands they supplied to the CRDA for the development of Amaravati capital metropolis. APCRDA extra commissioner G. Suryasai Praveen assured the farmers that, following the orders of APCRDA commissioner Katamaneni Bhaskar, the involved competent authorities would make sure the registration of the plots.
On Wednesday, the APCRDA carried out an e-lottery to allot residential and business plots to these farmers who had not but acquired returnable plots, at their workplace in Vijayawada. A complete of 68 returnable plots had been allotted to 23 farmers from 9 villages on the primary day of the e-lottery, which was carried out utilizing an internet random system.
The respective competent authorities handed over the plot allotment paperwork to the farmers who acquired plots on the primary day of the e-lottery.
